Take part in a workshop that will breakdown all 26 of the postures performed in the BIKRAM’S BEGINNING YOGA CLASS. Develop to your unique personal level within each posture and learn where you can take your practice further in a safe environment. In addition, discover the benefits and contraindications of each pose and enjoy a short guided meditation.
Cost is $40 per person

No Boot Camp Friday & Saturday in January
Sorry no boot camp on Fridays and Saturdays the rest of January. I have to go out of town for the next 2-4 weeks so stay tuned to my blog or facebook for more possible boot camp changes.
