10am Hot Yoga on Wednesdays will continue through March.  New Year’s special ends January 7th.  3 consecutive unlimited months for $200.

Normal schedule this week.  Start the first day of the year off with 4:15pm Hot Yoga!

Frank will be teaching the Wednesday 10am Hot Yoga class until further notice.

Welcome back Frank by taking his first Bikram Yoga class today at 4:15!!

The only schedule change this week is Thanksgiving Day 10am Hot Yoga only.

Kim will be here until Thanksgiving now so she will be teaching the Wednesday and Sunday 10am Hot Yoga classes until Wednesday November 16th and Sunday November 20th.  Also, Frank should be back from the Bikram Yoga Teacher Training the week of Thanksgiving!
