8 Years teaching Bikram’s Beginners Hatha Yoga Method

Do you have yoga for beginners?
Yes, all hot yoga classes are Bikram’s Beginner’s Hatha Yoga.
Just wanted to wish you and yours the very best for the coming year. And to thank you for all of your help and guidance. I have and am very lucky to learn from you guys. You and Kim have been so helpful. And I thank you. Maybe one day a bunch of us can get together for a cookout near the gulf. The sun is pretty today. Glad I pushed through both classes.

Thank you so much Mary! You are an inspiration to others! : ) Chris
I am interested in attending a Bikram Hot Yoga class, is there a class on Sunday? I have done reseach
to find a studio that teaches Bikram because I know there is a different in other Hot Yoga classes. I live in North Pinellas Palm Harbor area. I will get directions on mapquest, please let me know about Sunday class.
Thank You,
Marie Brown
Yes there is a Sunday class at 4:15pm. You can also check out my schedule on this website.
Thanks, have a great class!
I will be in the area soon and would like to take a class. I’ve been doing hot yoga for 7 years and have found some Bikram studios to be a little militant. If I were at one of your classes, would I be confronted if I need to use a washcloth to wipe the sweat out of my eyes or use a washcloth to help with my grip on certain postures?
We are typically a lot more laid back at this studio. A teacher might mention it for your own good but I highly doubt they would yell or be mean about it, especially me. If you’re just visiting it should be fine, but if you were a regular then unfortunately too many others, especially new people will follow and then it’s hard to break bad habits. I hope to see you in class. Feel free to call if you need anything.
Thanks,
Chris Rose

Hello I live near by and have tried hot yoga once before a couple years ago and I loved it. I used to be very very active working out all the time but stopped about 2 years ago. I was wondering for my first time should i bring anything special? I do not have a yoga mat do i need to bring one?
Hello, all you need is a mat, a big towel and water. I have mats for rent or sale, towels for rent and water for sale if you need it. Try to arrive at least 10 min before class. See ya soon, thanks!
